Хто ми

Оператор: ТОВ «Фішер Тек» (код ЄДРПОУ 46111523, м. Ужгород, вул. Промислова, 1). Контакт з питань даних: admin@fisher.tech.

Ця політика стосується двох речей:

  1. Інструмента публікації «Лис каже» (бренд «Справи»). Це наш внутрішній інструмент: він публікує наші власні короткі відео з лисом на наші власні акаунти YouTube, Instagram і TikTok: в Instagram через офіційний Instagram API, у YouTube і TikTok через їхні офіційні вебстудії (YouTube Studio, TikTok Studio) у нашій власній сесії браузера.
  2. Сайту spravy.fisher.tech і форми заявки на ньому.

Інструмент «Лис каже»: які дані він обробляє

  • Токени доступу OAuth до нашого власного акаунта Instagram (і до YouTube чи TikTok, якщо ми колись підключимо їхні API). Їх видає платформа, коли власник акаунта сам натискає «Дозволити». Токени зберігаються лише локально на компʼютері оператора, у зашифрованому сховищі macOS Keychain. Ми не передаємо їх нікому і не зберігаємо на серверах.
  • Ідентифікатори наших акаунтів і опубліковані відео (ID каналу, ID відео, посилання), щоб знати, що вже опубліковано.
  • Відео, назви, описи й хештеги, які ми створили самі.

Інструмент не збирає дані сторонніх користувачів: не читає коментарі, підписників, повідомлення, статистику інших людей і не публікує нічого від імені інших людей. Він працює тільки з акаунтами, якими володіє оператор.

Запитувані дозволи мінімальні: Instagram instagram_business_basic і instagram_business_content_publish. Якщо підключимо YouTube API, то лише youtube.upload (завантаження відео).

YouTube і Google

Якщо інструмент використовує YouTube API Services, діє таке. Користуючись ним, ти погоджуєшся з Умовами використання YouTube. Як Google обробляє дані, описано в Політиці конфіденційності Google.

Використання інформації, отриманої з Google API, відповідає Google API Services User Data Policy, зокрема вимогам Limited Use. Ми не використовуємо ці дані для реклами, не продаємо їх і не передаємо третім сторонам.

Відкликати доступ можна будь-коли на сторінці дозволів Google-акаунта.

Сайт spravy.fisher.tech

  • Форма заявки: імʼя, нік у Telegram і те, що ти сам напишеш у формі. Ми зберігаємо заявку на нашому сервері й пересилаємо її в робочий чат команди в Telegram, щоб звʼязатися з тобою. Нікому не продаємо.
  • Аналітика: сайт використовує Google Analytics (файли cookie), щоб рахувати відвідування. Можна вимкнути cookie у браузері.

Строки зберігання і видалення даних

  • Токени OAuth зберігаються, доки інструмент потрібен. Їх видалено, щойно доступ відкликано або інструмент вимкнено.
  • Записи про опубліковані відео зберігаються, доки існують самі відео.
  • Заявки з сайту зберігаються до 2 років або до твого запиту на видалення.

Як видалити дані. Напиши на admin@fisher.tech з темою «Видалення даних». Ми видалимо все, що стосується тебе, протягом 30 днів і напишемо, що зроблено. Доступ інструмента до акаунта також можна відкликати самому: Google у налаштуваннях дозволів, Instagram у розділі «Налаштування → Програми та вебсайти», TikTok у розділі «Налаштування → Безпека → Програми з доступом».

Зміни

Якщо політика зміниться, ми оновимо цю сторінку і дату вгорі.

Who we are. The operator is Fisher Tech LLC (ТОВ «Фішер Тек», Ukrainian company code 46111523, 1 Promyslova St., Uzhhorod, Ukraine). Contact for any data question: admin@fisher.tech.

What this policy covers. (1) The «Лис каже» (Lys Kazhe) publishing tool of the Справи (Spravy) brand: an internal tool that publishes our own short fox videos to our own YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts: Instagram through the official Instagram API, YouTube and TikTok through their official web studios (YouTube Studio, TikTok Studio) in our own browser session. (2) The website spravy.fisher.tech and its sign-up form.

Data the tool handles.

  • OAuth access tokens for our own Instagram account (and for YouTube or TikTok if we ever connect their APIs), issued when the account owner clicks «Allow». They are stored only on the operator's computer, encrypted in the macOS Keychain. They are never shared and never stored on a server.
  • Our account identifiers and published video records (channel ID, video ID, link), to know what has been published.
  • The videos, titles, descriptions and hashtags we create ourselves.

The tool collects no third-party user data. It does not read comments, followers, messages or other people's analytics, and it never posts on behalf of anyone else. It only works with accounts the operator owns.

Requested permissions are minimal: Instagram instagram_business_basic and instagram_business_content_publish. If we connect the YouTube API, only youtube.upload (upload only).

YouTube and Google. Where the tool uses YouTube API Services, the following applies. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles data. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it and do not transfer it to third parties. You can revoke access at any time on the Google security settings page.

Website. The sign-up form collects your name, Telegram handle and what you type in it; we store it on our server and forward it to our team's Telegram chat so we can contact you. We never sell it. The site uses Google Analytics cookies to count visits; you can block cookies in your browser.

Retention and deletion. OAuth tokens are kept while the tool is in use and deleted once access is revoked or the tool is switched off. Published video records are kept as long as the videos exist. Sign-up form entries are kept up to 2 years or until you ask us to delete them.

How to delete your data. Email admin@fisher.tech with the subject «Data deletion». We delete everything related to you within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also revoke the tool's access yourself: Google at security settings, Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites, TikTok under Settings → Security → Apps with access.

Changes. If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
